Privacy Policy

SOULLIFTER is a fitness training app operated from the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what we collect, why, who processes it, and how you can delete it. It applies to the iOS and Android apps and to soullifter.app.

Who we are

Contact: support@soullifter.app. We do not sell personal data. We do not use Apple Health, photos, or location for advertising or tracking across other companies’ apps or websites.

What we collect

Account. Email, password (stored hashed by our auth provider), display name, username, optional photo, city, bio, training goal and experience.

Training and body data you enter. Workouts, sets, weights, body measurements, nutrition logs, and related progress.

Apple Health (optional). If you connect Health, we read step count to show daily and weekly activity. We do not write to Health. You can disconnect in the app or in iOS Settings. Health data is not used for marketing.

Photos and camera (optional). Profile picture, and meal photos or barcodes if you use those tools. Photos are used only for the feature you invoked.

Location (optional, while using the app). If you start a run, we record route, distance, and pace. We do not use location for ads.

Device and diagnostics. Basic technical logs needed to run sign-in, sync, and crash fixes.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, sync training across your devices, show progress, provide coaching tools you choose, send transactional email (verification, password reset, support), and comply with law.

Processors

We use hosting and database infrastructure (self-hosted Supabase on our servers), email delivery (Private Email / SMTP) for account mail, and Apple or Google for app distribution and optional Health. We do not sell data to data brokers.

Retention

We keep account and training data while your account is open. After you delete your account we remove or anonymize profile identifiers and delete the login. Backups may take a short period to rotate.

Your choices and deletion

Edit your profile in the app. Disconnect Apple Health anytime. Delete your account in-app: Profile → Settings → Email & password → Delete account. That is intended to remove your login. If anything remains, email support@soullifter.app.

Children

SOULLIFTER is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13.

International transfers

Servers are operated for our UAE-based product. If you use the app from another country, your data is processed where we host the service.

We will update this page when practices change. The date at the top is the latest revision.
