By creating an account or using the SOULLIFTER app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
SOULLIFTER is a fitness logging and coaching-tools app. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a professional before starting a new program if you have a medical condition or injury.
Your account
You must provide a valid email and keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break the law.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service, impersonate others, or upload unlawful content. Coach packages, if you buy them, are billed separately from the free app and are not an Apple in-app Premium subscription in this version.
Health and safety
Training involves risk. Use equipment safely. Apple Health, GPS runs, and meal tools are optional aids, not a substitute for your own judgment.

Limitation
The app is provided as available. To the extent allowed by UAE law, we are not liable for lost training data, gym injury, or indirect damages from using the app.
